So here’s my thinking: I believe that working with what has our attention is where our work becomes ownable. When we do this, whether it makes sense initially or not, we find gems. We find what’s ours. (I mean sometimes nothing comes of it, but at least we’re not still thinking about it.) This approach requires we move without knowing where it’s all going. But I think we know we can’t know that anyway. And frankly we save a lot of mental energy not trying to figure that out.
