We don’t focus on everyone, but on those already near: the ones who “get it,” but are drifting. The ones being broadcasted to, waiting to be spoken to directly. The ones who want more, but haven’t been let in.
Together, we take an invitational approach, shaping a seasonal experience that pulls them closer & deepens the relationship, beyond just keeping them around, hoping they buy again.

The Waters is a one-month partnership rooted in conversation. Every engagement is intimate & tailored — no templates, no decks to review. I lead & through the process am likely to see what you haven’t & we come to something impactful together, but the strategy only comes alive through dialogue.
Execution stays with the brand, because closeness can’t be outsourced. What we create together is an upstream, high-leverage strategy that shapes not just one season, but many more.
Who’s involved? Usually the founder or one to two brand leads; the people closest to the relationship.

Our work follows a steady rhythm: one call per week plus async conversation in between. Together, we:
Audit how relational the brand feels today;
Define the relationship(s) to focus on this season;
Shape the invitations & content worth pulling people into;
Design the experience & how it feels to the consumer.
From there, you run with it. I stay close as a guide and observer.

As a founding partner, you’ll also get my continued presence beyond the month — I’ll follow along with your work in real time, noting opportunities and sharing thoughts as they arise. For example, if we set your winter strategy, I’ll stay close for Q1 to ensure it’s lived, not just planned.
