Over time, businesses accumulate stuff. Ideas, websites, decisions, channels, initiatives, products, technology, ways of doing things, etcetera. Some still fit & others don’t anymore. But it becomes difficult to know what to do with what’s built up, how to orient, where to focus, and what to do next. I come in to help businesses make sense of where they are, find direction & from there decide what to build (or not).
